Accommodation Fairs 2026

 

Monday 16th November, 11am-3pm, JMSU, Student Life Building, Copperas Hill

Tuesday 17th November, 11am-3pm, Liverpool Guild, Mountford Hall, Mount Pleasant

 

Students from all stakeholder institutions within the city are welcome to attend – please bring along your student ID.

 

It’s an opportunity for you to research your accommodation options for next year by browsing the stalls, chatting with some of our accredited accommodation providers and picking up some freebies.

You can take your time to have a look and there is no obligation or pressure to sign up for any tenancies. Remember, only start your search when you’re ready and always be 100% sure about the property before you sign a contract.

 

 

Renters’ Rights Act information and advice

We will be there to give advice about the new renters’ legislation that came into force on 1 May. This legislation affects private student accommodation and your rights as a tenant. This includes how you pay your rent and ending your tenancy.

 

 

LSH accredited properties

We only invite along accommodation providers who are accredited with us. By becoming part of an accreditation scheme, accommodation providers are demonstrating that they and their properties meet the quality and safety criteria detailed in the LSH Standards. Newly accredited properties are also inspected by our LSH Standards Officer.

All students are welcome and LSH staff will be there to give housing-related advice. 

There will be plenty of freebies, giveaways and competitions.
